Exchange Policy
We offer exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The original tag must be intact
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
If the tag is removed, damaged, or missing, the product will not be eligible for exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Item has been used, worn, or altered
- Tag is missing or tampered
- Product is damaged due to customer handling
- Request is made after 3 days of delivery
Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can arrange an exchange.
