RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – BLINGVER
At Blingver, we aim to provide high-quality jewellery. However, if you face any issues, we offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions.
Return & Exchange Window
- Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- There is a size issue (for rings, if applicable)
Not Eligible
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
Conditions for Approval
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Must have order proof (invoice/order ID)
Return / Exchange Process
- Email us at care.blingver.com@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery
- Share your order ID + issue with images/videos
- Our team will review and provide further instructions
Do not send the product without approval.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers may be required to ship the product back as per instructions
- Blingver is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping
Quality Check
Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Returns or exchanges will be processed only if the product meets our conditions.
Refund / Exchange Resolution
- Approved returns may be processed as a refund or store credit
- Exchanges will be processed for the same or another product (subject to availability)
